Shipping & Policies
Orders are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for rates.
DOMESTIC ORDERS || Packages are shipped via USPS priority mail. Once a label has been created, tracking information will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking results to become available.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS || Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. WOVENFOLK is not responsible for payment of this duty. By law, we cannot change the value of order on commercial invoices. We must adhere to all international import/export laws.
All orders are marked as "merchandise". The value of all items purchased will be indicated on the customs form. By law, we can't change the item value on commercial invoices. We abide by all international import/export laws.
To upgrade from first class to priority, please contact us for rates. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.
